Start your journey into Vedic Meditation by reserving a seat for the next 60-minute Intro to Meditation Talk.
After you are given an orientation and outline of the course, you will be eligible to take the Basic Meditation Course as early as the next day (Private courses are also available).
The course is spread out over 4 days with 90-minute sessions scheduled before or after work each day, giving you plenty of time to practice both at home and in a group.
The Intro Talks are free of cost and obligation. The course is offered by donation.
