basic course
Become a self-sufficient meditator in 4 sessions. 90-minute sessions are scheduled on each of four days, either before or after work hours, which gives you ample time to learn in a group and integrate the practice into your life.

The teaching format is easy-going, enjoyable, and very informative. Group sizes usually range from 3 to 10 participants. This setting is particularly helpful because you receive personalized instruction and you benefit from hearing others' experiences.

By your last session you will have a deep enough understanding of how Vedic meditation works, and enough experience meditating on your own to be self-sufficient. However, you are welcome to repeat the course an unlimited number of times if you ever feel you need a refresher in the future.

Private courses are available upon request for those who have special needs or who prefer one-on-one instruction.


free group meditations

Open to anyone trained in Vedic Meditation or transcendental meditation, these meetings take place on Monday evenings at 6:30pm. This is a good opportunity to enjoy meditating with others, to explore questions about your practice and to share experiences. Click here to see more


advanced meditation techniques

Anyone who has been practicing Vedic Meditation or transcendental meditation regularly for one year is eligible to receive training in advanced techniques. These techniques are designed to deepen the meditation experience and refine the senses of perception. This results in more deep, subtle and fascinating experiences inside and outside of meditation.


rounding workshops

A simple series of yoga poses (asanas) and breathing (pranayama) greatly accelerate the benefits of meditation.


weekend retreats

A weekend residence course is a powerful opportunity for meditators to expand and deepen their practice. Participants will learn a simple series of yoga poses and breathing exercises and these will be combined with multiple meditation sessions. This "industrial-strength" program releases deeply rooted stresses and fatigue and accelerates evolution toward higher states of consciousness. The effects of a weekend retreat are comparable to meditating twice daily for several months.


mentoring programs

We work privately with individuals to refine their meditation and further understand its application and relevance to daily life. These sessions deliver sustainable approaches for managing change, expanding personal creative potential and effectively interacting with the demands of life.
