The way you start meditating is by coming to a free Intro to Meditation session where you meet the teacher and hear about the technique and the benefits.

Intro to Meditation sessions are generally scheduled on Sunday or Monday evenings and they last about an hour. When you come you will meet the teacher and hear all about the technique. You will also have an opportunity to get all of your questions about meditation answered. No prior knowledge or meditation experience is necessary to attend. After the Intro session you will be qualified to take the Vedic meditation course, which usually begins the next day. Attending the Intro session is free and there is no obligation.
