knowledge meetings & group meditations

Knowledge meetings are for all existing Vedic meditators.

The purpose of knowledge meetings is to offer ongoing support for meditators by giving them regular opportunities to get their meditation experiences verified and validated by an expert teacher. Meditators are also able to get refreshed on the principles of correct practice if they need. Each knowledge meeting includes a group meditation.

Santa Monica area knowledge meetings are held on Monday evenings at 6:30pm (Pacific time), with a few exceptions for holidays or for when Light is teaching out of town.

Different Vedic meditation centers may offer knowledge meetings at different times. Check the VedicNetwork.com for other knowledge meeting options in your area.

Before you come to the Santa Monica Meditation Center, see the Schedule page for any modifications to the meeting time or place. No RSVP is required to attend.

call-in option

If you live outside of the Santa Monica area, you may Call-In to hear the knowledge meeting live via teleconference once per month. Check the Schedule page for the Call-In dates. If you don't already have it, you can email Light for the Call-In number at least 24 hours in advance.

Existing Vedic meditators may also attend (or repeat) Light's basic meditation course at no cost, as many times as desired. Come sit in on one, two or all three of the follow-up sessions of any basic meditation course Light is teaching. Please check the Schedule page for dates and times before you come. RSVP is optional.
